Where can I buy the ULH Products?

Our Products are exclusively available through this online store. That's why we can guarantee the best price - and cut out unnecessary margins for middlemen that raise the retail price.

Will the ULHmobile fit a Moment Lens?

Yes, absolutely!

The ULHmobile comes with removable ABS clips, so if you own a Moment/Lemuro (or other smartphone accessory lens) you can stretch the ULHmobile to fit directly to it.

What about the iPhone 11 Pro Max?

Yes. The ULHmobile fits and works on all iPhones (and all smartphones!). I have tested it on the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max and it fits and works. The Ultra-Wide lens will need to be pushed a little closer to the glass to not catch the hood in the corners of the frame, but you still get a good amount of pan and tilt at the very wide angle!

Does it work with my Samsung / Huawei phone?

The ULHmobile works on every smartphone! The clip is universal and can slide onto any handset regardless of thickness or case. If you have multiple lenses, the opening on the ULHmobile fits most of them inside - and if not, it is very easy to slide from left to right to re-align if you need to.

Which currency will I be charged in?

Our all orders processes in GBP. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using GBP at the most current exchange rate.

Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where you are located.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in UK & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

It will usually take between 2-5 business days.

Can I return my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
